1. All Payments are Final: AVHIGAT AKHARA operates on a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy.
Treated as Donations: Any money paid to the Trust, whether categorized as general donations (Dan/Dakshina), Membership Fees, Volunteer Registration Fees, or subscriptions, is immediately absorbed into the Trust Corpus or Trust Income.
Once successfully processed, these funds are legally treated as voluntary donations contributed toward the charitable objects of the Akhara and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Fees paid for acquiring Membership or Volunteer status are administrative contributions that support the operational costs of our spiritual, educational, and social welfare programs. Payment of these fees does not guarantee lifelong membership.
3. If a membership is canceled or terminated by the Trust due to a violation of the Avhigat Akhara Niyam Pustika, no refund of the membership fee will be issued.
Shivirs and Camps:
4. Registrations for Kumbh Mela camps (Shivirs), spiritual training programs, or Yoga sessions are non-refundable.
Incidental Items: Any items acquired through our platform (e.g., spiritual literature, artifacts, or Ayurvedic items) are treated as tokens of appreciation (Prasad) for your financial contribution to the Trust.
5. We do not offer refunds, returns, or chargebacks for these contributions.
