KYC and Financial Information: To ensure strict compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, the Trust maintains Know Your Customer (KYC) records. This may include your PAN Card, Aadhaar details, and payment transaction IDs.

(Note: We do not store your credit/debit card numbers on our servers).

2. How We Use Your Information

Administrative Operations:

To process your membership/volunteer applications, verify your identity, and issue official ID cards or certificates.

Financial Compliance:

To issue official donation receipts and maintain proper accounting and audit records as required by the Income Tax Act.

Communication:

To send periodic updates, newsletters, and information regarding upcoming religious congregations, Kumbh Mela camps, and social welfare activities.

We implement appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your personal information.

Third-Party Disclosure:

We do not sell, trade, or rent users' personal identification information to commercial entities. Information may only be shared with authorized third-party service providers (like payment gateways) strictly for processing transactions, or with law enforcement agencies if required by Indian statutory laws.
